问题哲学研究中心（以下简称“中心”）于2016年8月30日在华侨大学成立，中心依托华侨大学哲学与社会发展学院进行建设，负责人为马雷教授。中心设立学术委员会，学术委员会首任主席为中山大学林定夷教授（大陆），台湾阳明大学教授，心智哲学研究所所长王文方先生（港澳台），美国纽约城市大学教授，国际核心期刊Philosophical Forum主编道格拉斯·乐凯（Douglas Lackey）先生（欧美）。目前中心有专职研究员10人，兼职研究员20人。

该中心是目前惟一的以推动问题哲学的创建和发展为主旨的研究中心。中心的首要任务是聚集国内外问题哲学学者，以问题学、问题逻辑为突破口，带动问题哲学的研究。由于问题哲学研究涉及马克思主义哲学、科技哲学、思维科学、符号学、心理学、人工智能、统计学、教育学等学科，一方面，其发展的思想资源和方法来自这些学科，另一方面，其发展也必将使这些学科本身获得突破性进步。中心的长远目标是推动问题哲学的创建和发展，促进问题哲学共同体的形成和成长，催化新的学科生长点，拓展中国问题哲学学者的国际影响力，整合全球问题哲学研究资源，扩大全球范围的问题哲学的交流与合作。

A Brief Introduction to the Center for Philosophy of Problem

The Center for Philosophy of Problem (CPP for short) is an academic center located at Huaqiao University in Xiamen, Fujian dedicated to research in the philosophy of problem. CPP was founded by Lei Ma on August 30, 2016. The current editor of the Center is Lei Ma. CPP will be built with the help of College of Philosophy and Social Development of Huaqiao University. CPP establishes an academic committee, whose chairmen are professor Douglas Lackey from the City University of New York (Europe and America)，professor Wenfang Wang from Yangming University of Taiwan (Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) and professor Dingyi Lin from Zhongshan University (Mainland). There are currently 10 full-time researchers and 20 part-time researchers at the Center.

CPP is currently the only one whose main goal is to promote the formation and growth of the community of problem philosophy, provide a platform for the communication and exchange, help to create and develop the philosophy of problem. CPP focuses currently on promoting the research of problemology and problem logic with the participation of the scholars from all around the world. The study of problem philosophy involves many subjects such as philosophy of science, thinking science, semiotics, psychology, artificial intelligence, statistics and pedagogy, so, on the one hand, the ideological resources and research methods of philosophy of problem come from these subjects, on the other hand, its development will make the subject itself get breakthrough progress.
